劳动教育与医学院校医德教育之间的互促融通作用

摘要：劳动教育与医学院校医德教育之间存在着互促融通的育人关系。劳动教育对培养医学生的医德意识、增强医德情感、丰富医德实践具有重要价值。从落实立德树人的根本任务到全面推进健康中国战略，以及树立全民健康自信的角度医学院校的劳动教育都具有重要意义。医学院校应以马克思主义劳动观为指引，推进劳动教育与医德教育融合，强化医学生的劳动实践能力以提高其医德意识，把握劳动教育这个载体，开创医德教育新路径以提升医学生的医德情操。

Mutual promotion and integration between labor education and medical ethics in medical colleges and universities^①

Abstract The relationship between labor education and medical ethics education in medical colleges and universities is mutually promoted and integrated, and labor education is of great value in cultivating medical students′ medical ethics consciousness, enhancing medical ethics emotion and enriching medical ethics practice. Labor education in medical colleges and universities is of great significance from the perspective of implementing the fundamental task of moral education, promoting the strategy of healthy China in an all-round way, and establishing the health confidence of the whole people. Medical colleges and universities should be guided by the Marxist view of labor, promote the integration of labor education and medical ethics education, and strengthen the labor practice ability of medical students to improve their medical ethics awareness. And being a carrier, labor education should be seized so as to create a new way of medical ethics education to enhance the medical ethics for medical students.
