外泌体在毛乳头细胞诱导毛发再生中的作用

摘要:毛乳头(DP)细胞能够诱导毛发再生,其表达高水平的雄激素受体是诱导功能丢失的重要原因。外泌体是多种细胞释放的膜结合纳米囊泡,直径约为30~150 nm,广泛存在于体液中,在细胞间通信中起重要作用。近期研究发现,外泌体能够维持毛乳头细胞毛发诱导能力,促进毛发再生,但具体机制仍未明确。本文着眼于不同细胞来源的外泌体对毛乳头细胞诱导毛发再生相关研究做一综述,从而为脱发类疾病的实验研究和临床治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract The hair-inductivity ability of the dermal papilla cells can induce hair regeneration, and its high level expression of androgen receptor acts as a crucial mediator of androgenetic alopecia. The exosome is a membrane-bound nanovesicle, with a diameter of about 30~150 nm, released by a variety of cells and widely presented in body fluids,and plays a significant role in intercellular communication. Recent studies have found that exosomes can maintain the hair induction ability of dermal papilla cells and promote hair regeneration, but the specific mechanism remains unknown. In this review, we focus on the influences of exosomes on hair-inducting ability of dermal papilla cells, and aim to provide some new ideas for experimental researches together with clinical treatments for hair loss diseases.
