生物反馈电刺激联合前列倍喜胶囊治疗前列腺炎/慢性骨盆痛综合征的临床分析

生物反馈电刺激联合前列倍喜胶囊治疗前列腺炎/慢性骨盆痛综合征的临床分析

摘要 目的:探究生物反馈电刺激联合前列倍喜胶囊治疗前列腺炎/ 慢性骨盆痛综合征的临床效果。方法:将 98 例前列腺炎/ 慢性骨盆痛综合征患者,随机分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49)。 对照组口服前列倍喜胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上接受生物反馈电刺激治疗。 治疗后,比较两组治疗总有效率、慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIH-CPSI)、简化 McGill 疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)得分、平均尿流率、血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平变化。 结果:观察组治疗总有效率 73.47%高于对照组的 51.02%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组 SF-MPQ、NIH-CPSI 评分、IFN-γ、IL-8 水平均下降,平均尿流率升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标变化更明显(P<0.05)。 结论:生物反馈电刺激联合前列倍喜胶囊能够有效提升治疗有效率,缓解疼痛感及前列腺炎症状,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Qianlie Beixi capsule on patients with prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome

Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Qianlie Beixi capsule on patients with prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CPPS). Methods: A total of 98 patients with prostatitis or CPPS were randomized into the control group and observation group,each with 49 cases. The control group were administered with oral Qianlie Beixi capsule, while the observation group were given biofeedback electrical stimulation on basis of control group. After treatment, the total response rate of treatment, changes in National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI), scores of short form-McGill pain questionaire(SF-MPQ), average flow rate, serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-8(IL-8)levels were compared between the two groups. Results: The total response rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (73.47% vs 51.02%)(P<0.05); after treatment, SF-MPQ and NIH-CPSI scores, IFN-γ and IL-8 levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05), while average flow rate was significantly increased in both groups, which were of statistical differences(P<0.05); and changes of the above indexes were more significant in observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Qianlie Beixi capsule can effectively improve the response rate of treatment, relieve pain and prostatitis symptoms, which is of high clinical application value.
