At the meeting, the representatives of the two universities discussed the joint training of rehabilitation therapeutics majors, teacher and student exchanges and scientific research cooperation, and reached a consensus in cooperation.The delegation visited the Human Medical Specimen Museum of School of Basic Medical Sciences, the teaching facilities of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Guangxi Clinical Medical Research Center for Neurological Diseases, Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Pelvic Floor Medicine Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital, Aesthetic Medicine Center and Health Management Center of the Affiliated Hospital of GLMU.

It is reported that Macquarie University of Australia was founded in 1964, and ranked 130^th in the 2024 QS World University Rankings, and its chiropractic specialty ranks at the forefront of the world.
